Common questions
How long does a website take?
A starter website usually takes 2 to 3 weeks from the free call to going live. Larger business and e-commerce sites take 4 to 8 weeks. We agree a timeline in your quote.
What happens after my website goes live?
You can look after it yourself, or choose a monthly plan. The basic care plan (£200 a month) covers updates, backups, security and minor edits. Standard management (£500 a month) adds content updates, monitoring, small design changes and ongoing support. To keep climbing on Google, add one of our SEO plans.
Do I have to commit to a long contract?
No. Monthly services such as SEO, ads management and Google Business Profile management run month to month. We recommend giving SEO at least 3 months, as results build over time.
Can I combine several services?
Yes, and most clients do. A new website with Google Business Profile set up and local SEO is a common starting point. We'll suggest the right order on your free call.
Are your prices fixed?
The prices on this site are starting points. After a free call we send a fixed quote in writing, and that's what you pay unless you ask for extra work.
Do you work with businesses outside my area?
Yes. We work with businesses across the UK by phone and video call. Health & safety site visits are arranged as part of your quote.
